Updated Verbal Description

Scene 1: Establishing shot. The sea, sunny day. A boat is in the scene, anchored.

Scene 2: Inside of the boat. Footsteps and chattering. Shooting equipment on one side, diving equipments on the other. Camera pans through the boat. *Splash*

Scene 3: Cut. Screen goes black. *Splash* x2

Scene 4: Camera’s POV. Underwater. Divers swimming screen right. Signing at the camera.

Scene 5: Camera turns to the right to reveal the sharks swimming around.

Scene 6: Divers swim towards the shark as camera pans and follows one of the divers.

Scene 7: Camera turns to reveal Kaimana and a sharks swimming towards each other, then playfully swimming with each other. (Scene 4-7 continuous shot, maybe a soothing music, bubble sounds)

Scene 8: Cut. Hunters’ feet. Walk, stop and kneel down to pull up the fishnet. Machines roaring, chains swinging into each other, engine running. Very loud.

Scene 9: Cut back to the divers. Close up shot of one of the divers with a shark, gently scratching the shark. Face to face.

Scene 10: Cut. Hunters detangling/pulling the fishnet. Same loud noises continue: Engine running, heavy machine sounds, people yelling at each other…etc.

Scene 11: Cut back to another hunter with a shark. Close up shot. Swimming together facing each other.

Scene 12: Cut. Hunters still working with the fishnets, pushing and pulling.

Scene 13: Camera half underwater half up on the surface. Hunters’ boat on the foreground, divers underwater in the background, A bleeding shark gets thrown back into the sea.

Scene 14: Close up shot. Cut to Kaimana as the action catches her eye and turns her head.

Scene 15: Cut. Underwater shot, camera follows Kaimana as she swims towards the surface.

Scene 16: Kaimana’s POV. Looks around to see the boat.

Scene 17: OTS like shot. Kaimana swims quickly towards the boat.

Scene 18: Kaimana climbs onto the boat from the back. Takes a peek through the ‘walls’ of the boat.

Scene 19: Kaimana’s POV. One continuous shot as her eyes focus on the hunter and a shark he has, the knives and then the cut fins.

Scene 20: She sits back down in shock and anger. Out of breath.

Scene 21: After a long pause, she gets up and runs towards the hunter. (tense music building up up to this point?)

Scene 22: Long shot. She pushes him and then pushes the shark off the boat.

Scene 23: He gets up as she looks after the shark swimming away, and attacks her from behind with a wooden stick like object, hit her head with it.

Scene 24: She stumbles and he kicks her off the boat as she loses consciousness. 

Scene 25: She stars sinking down and off the screen. (soft dramatic piano music)

Scene 26: Close up shot of her face as she slowly stops breathing (bubbles disappearing) then opens her eyes in a sudden move after a long pause.

Scene 27: She struggles for the surface and swim.

Scene 28: She is on the surface, out of breath.

Scene 29: Cross dissolve. Seaside, divers talking, worried. One of them shows evidential photos of the hunters’ boat. Fade out.

Scene 30: Night time/dawn. Silhouettes moving around on the deck/marina. Long shot.

Scene 31: Medium shot, flashlights illuminating the boat and the faces of the divers, dimly lit. Clanging sounds, whispers, snipping and ripping sounds.

Scene 32: Long shot. Hunters walking towards the boat, still dark but sun is slowly rising.

Scene 33: Cut back to silhouettes. Medium shot. Hurrying to get things done, packing the knives, stuffing the fishnets back in the chest in the boat. 

Scene 34: Medium shot, below the knee. Hunters walking towards the boat.

Scene 35: Divers leave the screen on tip toes. *Splash*

Scene 36: OTS shot of hunters as they get on the boat. Look around, they’re confused. The boat is a mess.

Scene 37: Cut. Divers back on their boat to swim with the sharks. They dive in.

Scene 38: Cut. Hunters’ looking through the chest. Pick up the fishnet, there are very big holes all over. Knives are gone. Hunters’ POV or camera shoots only the hands from top angled view.

Scene 39: Cut. Divers happy, swimming around with sharks and shooting.

Scene 40: Back to establishing shot. The boat on the sea on focus. Other boats appear one by one in silhouettes, blurry.

Scene 41: Aerial view. Slow dolly out from the divers on the surface, laughing. More and more boats appear, changing the color of the water around them from blue to red.
